These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of apsaindy.com (the “Site”), operated by Amazing Personal Service Agency (“APSA,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Informational Purpose Only

The Site provides general information about APSA’s private-pay, non-medical home care services. Nothing on the Site is medical, legal or financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional about a specific situation. In an emergency, call 911.

2. Non-Medical Services

APSA provides non-medical, in-home support, such as personal care, companionship, household help and supervision. APSA does not provide skilled nursing, medical diagnosis or medical treatment.

3. No Service Agreement Through the Site

Submitting an inquiry, calling or chatting with us does not create a client relationship or obligate either party. Home care services are provided only under a separate written agreement signed by APSA and the client or the client’s authorized representative. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.

4. Pricing and Availability

Any prices, “starting from” amounts or service descriptions on the Site are general estimates. They may change without notice and are not an offer. Final pricing, schedules and caregiver availability are confirmed in writing after a consultation.

5. Employment Applications

Submitting an application through the Site does not guarantee an interview or employment. Employment may depend on background checks, reference and credential verification, and other lawful requirements. APSA is an equal opportunity employer.

6. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information in any form you submit.
• Submit information about another person only if you are authorized to do so.
• Do not misuse the Site, including by sending spam, malware or automated requests, attempting unauthorized access, or interfering with its operation.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site’s content, including text, graphics, logos and design, belongs to APSA or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site uses third-party services, such as Google Analytics, Google reCAPTCHA and Tawk.to chat, and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, services or practices.

This section does not limit rights under any written service agreement or rights that cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.

We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
